Buenavista Mexican Cantina has been a family-owned local restaurant chain and happily serving the North Alabama area for over 25 years. They started making their authentic blend of Mexican food in Scottsboro, Alabama. Now they have locations in Hampton Cove and Madison, Alabama.
Buenavista Mexican Cantinas offer a very friendly and family atmosphere at each of their locations. They want everyone to feel like family as soon as they walk in the door.
At Buenavista Mexican Cantina, their belief is that good food is finding that perfect balance between the way something looks and how it tastes. Their menus offer traditional Mexican fare like fajitas, burritos, quesadillas along with Buenavista specialties like Mexican Lasagna made with your choice of chicken or steak, and Cocktel De Camaron, which is Buenavista’s take on shrimp cocktail.

Since then, the Shoppe has been featured in numerous magazines including Event Magazine, Downtown Living, 256 Magazine, Just for Women, and Inside Huntsville; has showcased wines from all over the world at local festivals; and has created a highly sought-after wine club. The Shoppe has become a community staple with its frequent wine tasting events, visiting winemakers, and commitment to helping charitable causes. Church Street Wine Shoppe boasts an inventory of over 1,000 wines from every corner of the globe, including brands you can’t get anywhere else in the state of Alabama.

The Huntsville Museum of Art is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The museum is closed to the public on Mondays and some major holidays.
Huntsville Museum of Art, North Alabama’s leading visual arts center, moved to its beautiful facility in Big Spring International Park in March 1998. The nationally-accredited Museum fills its thirteen galleries with a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, including prestigious traveling exhibits and the work of nationally and regionally acclaimed artists.
The Museum’s own permanent collection is comprised of over 3,000 objects and also forms the basis for several exhibitions each year.
